Do I need prior experience before signing up? I am a complete beginner.

No you don’t. Most people who sign up for coaching are beginners. Or have minimal experience with proper exercise and nutrition.

Will I need to take supplements?

You may have to incorporate a whey protein supplement into your diet if you aren’t able to meet your protein requirements through food alone.

Additional supplementation of vitamins and minerals will be determined based on your current health, nutrition and lifestyle.

How is online coaching different from a personal trainer?

A personal trainer formulates an exercise program based on your goals. They correct your form and push you during your workouts. The relationship is limited to the gym environment.

Online coaching provides you with the complete support system to achieve your weight loss goals. Everything from your nutrition, exercise, lifestyle and mindset are taken care of. A major aspect of online coaching with Workday Physique™ is the accountability and mentoring.

I have tried diets in the past which didn’t work. How is this any different?

Most weight loss programs out there provide short-term fixes like diet charts and meal plans which don’t get you sustainable results.

Or worse. They use extreme measures like fasting, cutting out entire food groups like carbs, or making you drink only smoothies.

We focus on fixing problems at the core by helping you change your habits and mindset around food. We empower you to make decisions around food and exercise by yourself so that you don’t have to rely on ambiguous diets to maintain results.

Do I need a gym membership?

Most of our clients workout at home. Some have gym access. It’s up to you.

If you decide to go with home workouts. You’ll need to invest in a resistance band kit and a pull-up bar.

Will I get live workout sessions?

We don’t provide live workout sessions since it’s not something that will help you reach your goals.

That being said. Exercise form evaluations are provided on demand if you need them.

I have a lot going on in life right now. Should I wait for things to be a little stable before signing up?

This coaching system is designed for busy professionals. If you don’t have a lot going on, you probably don’t need our help.
