Do I need prior experience before signing up? I am a complete beginner.

No you don’t. Most people who sign up for coaching are beginners. Or have minimal experience with proper exercise and nutrition.

Will I need to take supplements?

You may have to incorporate a whey protein supplement into your diet if you aren’t able to meet your protein requirements through food alone.
